REFUND POLICY

Here is how our refund policy works. We offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every orchids arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the orchids arrangement we have design, simply contact us. We will refund or replace the original arrangement with one of equal product at no additional charge to you. We will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day that you select, again at no additional charge to you. We will always get the original arrangements back to us. Everything have to happen with 24 hours of the day of your delivery.
